"Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. All towels, glasses, cutlery in the room as well as bedding was very clean. The hotel itself has a unique style, very well thought through with stylish design and decorations. "I would stay here again. Great location for seeing & doing everything in Conwy & Llandudno. Room was spacious & comfortable. My only complaint is that bathroom floor needed a good mop. When the light from the skylight hit the floor, you could see how unclean it was. Other than that it was perfect."

"Great location, easy self check in. The whole place was clean and in good condition. Simple self service breakfast with good coffee. If there was one word of warning... if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. Someone in the next room was an impressive snorer and I didn't have any!"

This room did not have an ensuite bathroom and so nightime bathroom excursions were a bit risky as I had to leave my room and go down some steps to reach the facility. This was reflected in the price but was a surprise to me and may not work for less mobile visitors."
