"Hubby and I stayed for just one night on a road trip. When we arrived Siam was there to give us a very warm welcome and show us to our room which was very good value for a standard room. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we needed to leave early but we did meet Phil and he and Sian make wonderful hosts - welcoming, warm, friendly and super helpful. "My boyfriend and I came here for one a night stay. We stayed in a standard beach view room and it could not have been better. Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too. Only very slight complaint is that it’s was quite noisy being on a main road but other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back if...

"Beautiful area in Llandudno with main shopping very close by and the West Shore only a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed the scenery, and peaceful walks in the area. The house is well maintained with a spacious bathroom with bath shower combination. The bedroom was fairly small but comfortable for a 3 night stay. Water bottles were provided upon arrival and biscuits topped up daily which was a nice touch. A good overall stay, thank you ☺️ "
