"We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "

"The hotel was busy in the bar area on arrival which was nice check in was easy asked for iron on arrival which arrived as I opened my room the room was fresh clean and cozy,staff all great,food and drink great prices excellent stay"
