"Wonderful place. You can tell they take a lot of pride with this property. The room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. I’ll definitely be back"

"They gave me room that wasn’t even finished being cleaned so I had to wait in the hall for 10mins for the cleaner to get done and when I went in the bathroom had hair all in it she didn’t even vacuum the side night stand had liquid on it nothing was wiped down the tables had crumbs and smudged food on them. And the people across the hall was extremely loud and was up until after 1am yelling in the halls loud music and slamming doors"

"I wasn’t given the jacuzzi room like I reserved. I was given a room with a jetted tub. When asked about it was told it’s all the same thing. Even when I showed a picture of the room I booked. I was brushed off and told they didn’t have rooms like that. Not a happy experience "

"I have stayed 2 weeks in 2 different rooms. There are little things that could be better but for the price point there was no big deal. The first week the ac/heater in the room was a little loud. Second week the tv had a vertical line blacked out. Rooms were clean. Ice make and laundry in good working order. "

"Room had no decor, scratches on furniture. There is no sound barrier. You can hear everything that is happening in the hallway and rooms next to you. Toilet was dirty and dust on the trim. "

"The location is excellent — close to everything while still being quiet and safe. Parking was easy and convenient, which made the stay even more comfortable. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the breakfast was excellent with great options. The only downside was that the sound insulation between rooms could be better. I could hear people talking and the TV from the room next door....

"We had an awesome stay at The Hamilton- Hoppin House. The room was very clean and spacious. Our stay was during some of the coldest weather Newport has seen in years and the room was still nice and warm. The property has a ton of historic charm and still provides a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Hamilton Hoppin House"
