"Clean room great location"

"Overall not a bad place but our first room had the worst smell of like a locker room and then the next room we changed too smelled similar but not as strong. We bought an air freshener lol I never complain but this was weird. The staff were good and Breakfast was fine it really was just to room smell."

"I have stayed here before and would stay there again. Love the park like setting, the staff is very polite and friendly. Room spotless and comfortable. Close to a fantastic pizza place and other stores and shopping."

"The price you can’t beat, however the rooms need better maintenance and cleanliness.. The room I stayed in the toilet didn’t flush. The best thing about the room was the cold AC, and surprisingly the bed was very comfortable. The guy at the front desk was friendly as well."

"The booking process was easy enough. I booked a pet friendly room on Expedia. Then upon check out I was emailed about being charged a $250 fee for cleaning since I brought a cat."

"This is a cheap motel. We only needed a bed to sleep in for one night and a place to shower. This is what we got. The first room that we were assigned could not be properly locked. We complained. They immediately sent someone to check out our complaint. Then they gave us a different room. I assume that they fixed the lock problem the next day but I do not know. We did like the breakfast place that was only a six minute walk from there."

"Loved the keyless check in! Made it so stress free. Room was so beach themed it felt like vacation, as it should, most hotels do very little in this area. Rooms were also updated. Beach was gorgeous and clean with many amenities. Right across the street. Area was very quiet. We actually cannot wait to come back! Thank you! Jill"

"eh, don't rely on sofa beds for any adults--SHOCKING condition, 16 inches wide or so and saggy as heck! Could not accomodate a last minute switch to two bed room."

"The room was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful. They received flowers and placed them in the room before our arrival. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked immaculate. Some of the slots looked pretty dated, but the rest were current and the table games were good looking and busy. Close to Roger Williams Park Zoo for a great day out."

"Recently renovated, very clean, daily maid service good. All in all, a very good experience. Only concern I had is that the side entrance was frequently not secured. Someone kept placing a rock at the bottom of the door to prevent it from closing."

"Checked in at 11 PM and had to wait 10 minutes at the desk for somebody to show up to complete check-in process. Room door deadbolt broken!! Propped ironing board and chair against the door. Broken hair dryer and alarm clock, gross surfaces, dirty black out curtains partially hanging off their hooks, that if you shut them fully block the air conditioning unit, wallpaper peeling back around air-conditioning, revealing mold, sofa very dirty. The shower curtain has cigarette burn holes in it....
