"We had a very nice stay there. The room was very clean, the location was excellent and the hosts were very nice. Only FYI, there are no elevators, so you have to walk up a few flights of stairs with your luggage, which might be a problem for some people. Overall I recommend it."

"The staff, especially the manager were amazing, helpful, and welcoming. The room was great! There was no room cleaning while we were there (they told us this would be the case). Location was also very good and we did use the parking. The lot entrance is a little hidden and around the block, but once we knew where it was, it was good. (20Euro per day). "Avoid this hotel. Terrible experience which resulted in me refusing to stay and request a refund. Upon check-in, I was issued with a key and directed to a room that was already occupied by another guest. This was both embarrassing and concerning, as it represented a clear breach of guest privacy and security. What is particularly alarming is that after reporting this issue to reception, I was allocated a second room, only to discover that this room was also already occupied by another guest....

"Siamo stati bene, camere silenziose, parcheggio gratuito, macchinetta del caffè in camera, ben collegata con il centro città attraverso il T2 e tanti servizi in zona. Apprezzata la formula del menù al ristorante con buona cucina e prezzi contenuti, non abbiamo avuto necessità di cenare altrove. Unica piccola pecca: ci hanno assegnato la camera disabili e spesso per fare la doccia, il bagno si allagava. Personale molto cortese."
