"Great food"

"Room was clean but smelled like smoke due to previous parties leaving the flue open. Bathroom is dated. Cabinet doors and windows in the room are worn and broken. Restaurant was great. Breakfast was the best part of the stay with an organic eggs, local bacon etc. The grounds and gardens are beautiful. Worth visiting for them alone. "

"This is an older building but I found it perfectly decent and comfortable during my two-day stay. It's an easy 10-15 drive to downtown Charleston and there are several places to eat and drink within walking distance of the hotel."

"It was beautiful and very clean love the room and size but the bed mattress was too soft I recommend them to get a little firmer mattress but overall if I could give a 100 I would I rate 10/10 highly recommend "
