"The staff was nice to let us check in earlier by an hour. The check in time of 5:00 PM is anyway quite late as most hotels have it much earlier. The bathroom could have been better, didn’t have hand washing soap. The shower door was creaky. The bed was comfy but didn’t look like a king size bed. Considering the very high room rate per night, the hotel is rather over priced. The hotel is in a good location and close to university."

"The staff is the exceptional part of this hotel! Always friendly and welcoming. I'd say the property is a bit dated but not bad. Pillows could be bigger and we'd personally prefer a firmer mattress and softer sheets but everything was well stocked and comfortable. Close to lots of dining and shopping options as well. The staff instructed me to check in first and he will call manager to refund me at the time of checkout. He sounded that the refund can be done easily.
