"The room was neat and clean. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, but the queen bed was comfortable. The check in and out process was very smooth and the staff were helpful."

"There was a used bar soap in the bathtub bathtub had dirt on floor. There was also dirt all over the floor by the window. Overall, it was terrible not there to check in. They said that my check-in was canceled because they tried to hit my card at six in the morning when I had noted that I was going to pay at the hotel so I didn’t transfer any funds into the account they tried hitting and no one contacted me to let me know they were trying to make the payment. They just canceled my booking and didn’t let Expedia know and then when they got me a room, they charged me about the same amount for basic room when I was supposed to have a Jacuzzi room never again"
