"Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier. Everything seemed well organised."

"I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The hotel is in a very central location, making it really convenient for getting around, and it is only a few minutes’ walk from the bus station. The Grill House is excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice. I was told that the spa is excellent as well, although sadly I didn’t get the chance to use...

"We had a 4 night stay for a wedding. Lovely garden view room, large and spacious. Decor is a little old fashioned but clean and pleasant. We had a nightmare with @easyjet losing our luggage and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Nice indoor pool and sauna. Peaceful setting and a delightful walk through the golf course to the beach and then Gorey. Thank you for your kindness. Especially Andrea and Minnie"

The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a car the Pomme D'Or does not have its own car park. You have to use the car park of a sister hotel which is a 16 minute walk away."

Das Hotel ist selbst ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und Möglichkeit, dort auch das Abendessen oder einen Drink einzunehmen."
