"This is a very nice hotel. It is small and very well-appointed. The staff are professional and efficient; the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The room service is delicious and fresh. They always do an excellent job with guest service. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Houston."

"Beautiful hotel! The property is right across the street from Daikin Park. The Astros game started at 3pm and we were able to check in early. The staff (valet, doorman, check-in, bar/restaurant waiters) were all super accommodating. Restaurant was delicious. We had Jim Beam lemonade, Patron strawberry margarita, pizza, Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and the breakfast buffet. I didn’t care for the scrambled eggs. "The hotel had great ambiance from the front lobby to the check-in lobby. The staff was very friendly and responsive which made me feel welcomed. The room was very clean along with the hotel. Location was great too due the park across the street where we had a lovely walk."

"Very unpleasant stay. The "security" was extremely rude when I asked for help. He was on his phone while I spoke to and ignored my presence and concern. I was unable to check out after waiting for 30 minutes while the front desk was "in the bathroom". The room floor was not cleaned, various items on the floor."
