"We loved having breakfast in the cellar! Unique atmosphere and delicious food and beverages. Air conditioning was nonexistent and it was unseasonably hot in May so that one aspect needs improvement!! Otherwise, manager Jessica was super helpful! Also, Sofia in the cellar dining room, was pleasant and friendly! Charming grounds and location to nearby attractions like the Heidelberg schloss and the town can’t be beaten! Felt very safe and bed was comfy! Altogether, a great value for the price!"

"First was Sebastian- one of the owners- who made our trip special by upgrading us to a Junior Suite. The room was large and in great condition and all the staff were welcoming and charming. It really is a wonderful place and the outside fits in with the old town look and feel. Everything inside was modern and very well kept. The location is perfect and I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Room clean, staff friendly especially the two who served breakfast. Parking a bit trick - if followed google map, you will have to find the entry of the building… and take ticket to get in, the hotel lobby is on 7th floor of the parking building. Hotel staff will give you a ticket for parking discount. "

"TLDR: a comfortable hotel with a great gym and a few minor annoyances. Inconsistent shower temperature, shower flooding, and TVs with no ability to stream or cast. The hotel has an exorbitant credit card hold off €50 per night. The Hilton Heidelberg has comfortable beds, quality linens, and black out curtains. It makes for a fairly comfortable sleep.
