"Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. "No tuvimos la oportunidad de desayunar por que la habitación la dejamos antes de las 7:00 am que es el horario que nos comentaron que abría el restaurante y no habia opción de hacerlo para llevar. La reserva ofreció un paquete VIP con botella de vino por habitación pero no se nos hizo ninguna mención de dicho paquete en el hotel. Las habitaciones en general estan bien, las instalaciones cuentan con alberca al centro, las habitaciones se sentian limpias."

"We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "
