"I am rating the hotel the lowest possible score due to Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center not allowing me to shorten my prepaid 3 night hotel stay on March 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2026 at check-in to 2 nights and get reimbursed for the last night which was not used. Due to the Iran War, my flight to the Middle East was cancelled and I did not need to stay the last night in Casablanca to catch my flight. Most hotels will allow you to adjust the stay at check-in, but not this Radisson. I suggest that you do business with a hotel that is more understanding in a war situation. They should be ashamed of their business practice. They told me at check-in that I needed to get my reimbursement from Expedia, but it was really Radisson that refused to reimburse me."

"The room was stunning and spotless. The staff arranged for a cab to get me from the airport when I arrived late, and helped me with a tour around the city. They checked in with the taxi to make sure I arrived to the airport on time for my departure as well. As a solo traveler. I really appreciated their attention and assistance so I could find my way around. "

"The room was in good condition. As for improvements: the restaurant did not have a menu but a buffet. The food had been sitting for a very long time and was cold. I was overcharged for the bottle of wine that I ordered. $43 for a cold buffet, and a single bottle of wine was far too much for what I received. When I went to pay the bill, I was told that credit card machine was not working and asked to pay in cash. Later, the guy came to my room to get me to pay and despite me seeing a green light, he told me that the machine was not working. Only when I told him they had until Friday to figure this out, did the machine miraculously work. The next night I noticed that there was no water in my room and I asked could I get additional bottle water. I was tersely told to buy water at a shop nearby. One would think that wanted to obtain bottled water at a hotel. Upon checkout, I was told that there was an additional fee for my prepaid reservation. This had not been mentioned at check-in. When I went to pay by card, I was told that I had to pay with cash. When I explained I had no Moroccan money they told me to use an ATM. I gave him a small amount of American money and called it a day, but I will not be back at this property again and do not recommend it to others."

"When we arrived in Casablanca- we went to the hotel’s restaurant at 12:30 PM and told them that we had a tour at 1:30 PM and asked if the food would be ready right away and was asked for the food at 1:00 and was told the the food is ready. It was already 1:15 PM (45 mins of waiting) and no food came so we decided to cancel our order. Then they told us food is being drizzled now. We told them they shouldn’t expect us to eat the food in 5 mins for us not to be late for our tour. On our first night- the air conditioner was not working and we informed the receptionist about it. While we were out the following day- - they sent a portable heater to our room (looked like they wanted the room to be get hotter). When we came back that afternoon- the room was still hot. They told us to give the air conditioner an hour and it should be fine. In the meantime- they sent a technician with another heater. We told the technician that we need an air conditioner and not another heater. Finally they transferred us to another room on our second night where the air conditioner was working. However the TV was not working. We had to call the receptionist twice before they senta technician. On our third day - we left for our tour and came back at 3:00 PM with our room not done- bed sheets have not be changed and dirty towels still on the floor. Again we had to call the receptionist twice before the lady came to clean our room. Funny that the lady asked us to give her a good review in google. "

"The room was clan. But the TV was not working called the front desk they were suppose to send some one to fix After an hour of waiting , went to bed and tv never got fixed "
