Perfect location, free bicycles

I want to start with I really enjoyed my stay!! I loved the location (outside the busy city but close enough for a short and easy bike ride), the room and the bath! They also accommodated my vegetarianism for breakfast. However, the front desk didn't speak English very well. The breakfast was the same thing everyday (some variety would be nice), and besides the breakfast and free bicycles there wasn't much else to do at the hotel. There was a beautiful yard but no where to sit and enjoy.

很喜歡的住宿體驗

這次住宿非常好，民宿乾淨，服務人員很親切，整體民宿規劃很讚，住的是五、六樓，但六樓是要從五樓陽台外樓梯走上去，已有事先說明，是蠻特別的，還好隔壁沒人住（隔壁也是一樣），稍微有一點感覺被看得一清二楚，不過整體體驗是很好的。

我來礁溪泡溫泉不是泡冷泉的！竟然溫泉只熱三分鐘就不熱了差點沒冷死，來回開開關關搞了半小時直接放棄 陽台沒有清潔椅子都是髒污還有一堆蜘蛛網 隔音很差，這間屋子鬧哄哄的！ 唯一慶幸就是網路說的早餐不難吃！

訂房的時候就是三個人, check in 的時候防務人員說房間只有兩套備品, 要多一套備品(牙刷)要加600. 一進房, 掀開被單就發現床單有幾個汙點, 請房務人員來更換床單的時候, 沒有說任何抱歉的話. 只說換好了. 隔天早上發現房間的冷氣滴了一灘水. 房外景色優美, 房間的泡湯也蠻舒服. 但整體感覺軟硬體都沒有到位, 滿失望的入住經驗.

Amazing getaway from the city

We arrived 2 hours before check in. The hotel let us leave our suitcase in their secure storage area before checking in and lent us bicycles to explore the countryside while we wait. The staff are very helpful and made the experience amazing overall. Another thing to note was the clean and relaxing common areas. Our room was spacious and clean, along with the balcony and the bathroom with the onsen. The breakfast was amazing and original, not generic like most hotels. In conclusion, the experience was accommodating and this place is worth exploring for anyone looking for a great stay in Jiaosi.

正門位置比較隱蔽，行過都未必會察覺。房間比想象中細。由於落雨，所以境觀麻麻，同時露台係有水倒流。所以，坐唔到出去。 有提供早餐，第二日比第一日較差。不過，兩日既食物都偏凍。

It is a very warm B&B style accommodation. Located just about 10-15mins walk from the main street. Very quiet and spacious. The view outside room is very nice and close to nature. You can hear rooster crowing. Very nice breakfast made with fresh local vegetables. Bicycles are available for use. Some minor things to be improved: the bathroom is so big that the toilet is built too small; and (Although Yilan is a safe place) the glasses in the bathroom is recommended to be replaced by one-way glass for privacy and safety.
