"This property is in the middle of the tea plantation, great view from the room. The Sunset trail is right outside of the entrance. The breakfast is decent with good selection. Fresh made soy milk, coffee and tea. "

"This property feels more like a youth hostel than a proper hotel. The house is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers a nice variety of Taiwanese dishes. However, arriving by public transport means a steep uphill hike. Rooms are bare-bones: just a floor mattress as a bed, a single ceiling light, a low shelf and a basic shower stall. It's significantly overpriced for what it offers."

"Everything is new in the room, yet no AC receptacles on the counter or the wall, found one almost near the floor for the electric water kettle. Weird design of the new shower facet, had to go to the lobby desk for help to turn on the shower. Well, no instruction on room phone for how to call the front desk. "

"About 40-ish minute drive from Alishan national park. The staff were very friendly and responsive! We had a problem with a smell coming from the toilet, but the staff fixed it right away. The rooms were a bit cold in January, but otherwise, beautiful room. We had complimentary, high quality mountain tea that the staff prepared freshly for us. Overall, great time and would book again."
