"If steps are a problem for you, this is not the place for you. You have to climb one flight of steps to reach the door to the room and then another flight of steps to reach the bedroom. I loved the balcony, but the "suite" was a little run down. Half the lightbulbs needed to be replaced. There were no hangers. I had to go buy some. The rooms come equiped with an old drip coffee pots and coffee bags that are not sufficient for a full pot of coffee. Kitchen supplies are spotty - 3 spoons, a couple...

"My room looked different than the one on the website did not include a table and chairs and the small fridge was next to bathroom, room was pretty outdated and close to highway which made it hard to sleep even with mask and ear plugs, the a/c works well but very noisy. Now the office staff were super helpful and excellent customer service very friendly, the grounds are beautiful plenty of chairs and places to sit to eat or relax, very pretty, I loved that my room had couple of chairs outside...

"This is great location for visiting and exploring key largo. The space was clean, you have a beautiful view of the marina, there were dolphins feeding right off the docks! There’s a fun bar across the bay w live band which we enjoyed from the screened in patio! We did notice the king sized bed was sagging in the middle the first night but my husband being a handy man, flipped the mattress up and fixed the bent rail. One other thing to note, we came during king tides and the parking lot was...

"Lovely stay - sweet vintage property with modern kitchen, bed, bath. Room was clean. Laundry facilities older but worked. Staff was great. Would benefit from a daily spraying/cleaning of outside chairs, tables, etc. same debris on them several days. Need new charcoal grills. Would stay again."

"Our ‘island view’ room faced bushes an a neighboring property. The pool was small. The door handle was very difficult to open and shut. On the last morning a fire alarm went off at 6;40am and it was very disorganized. No one seemed to be in charge from the hotel. A positive was the nice chairs by the water and great view. Also having two restaurants within walking distance was a plus."
