Excellent view since all the rooms are high up in the sky. The rooms are excellent and so is also the breakfast that lacked nothing! The downside was the area, really boring with no shopping close by and terrible traffic every day. Also the wifi was the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel.

You can not discard any toilet paper into the toilet! Or ir immidiately blocked! The service is awful. When delivery reached hotel, the concierge said nothing was there, I had to go downstairs to pick up myself.

有大型活动时需等很久才能入住

因为演唱会的关系，原本2点可以入住的，一直到晚上6点半左右才有空房可以入住，等了老半天，实在是令人失望。感觉酒店不具备同时接待大批客人的能力。但其他都挺好的。

非常差的服务和体验

马桶只要扔一张卫生纸纸就堵上，非常难用。 入住的时候前台给错房间，给的低一级的房间，住到一半被告知给错了房间，可以换去正确的房间，嫌麻烦不换房间的话拒绝退差额！ 上班时间主持电话会议的时候酒店不停打电话到房间问一些乱七八糟的事。 开会时房间外有请勿打扰的灯，服务员很清楚看到了请勿打扰的灯，仍然在外面使劲敲门，并在未允许进入的情况下擅自闯入房间打扫卫生，打断两次国际会议，多次驱赶才赶走！参加电话会议的人都惊呆了！
