Superb Shangri-La in Jinan
Excellent location. Has commanding view over a large plaza, which is just next to Jinan's famous Baotu Spring. Great hotel with excellent service and physical facilities.

The location and service is great. There is a square nearby and the hotel sent fruits to the room . But the room itself is not that good as there was smell in the room I stayed (which was said being a non-smoking room).

位置方便,附近有不少食肆,房間清潔,雖然安排的第一個房間有異味,但經反映後能夠給我們馬上更換。由於入住的其中一晚是我的生日,酒店安排了蛋糕、水果、朱古力及生日卡,給我很大的驚喜。

五星级的服务
觉得服务挺不错的,入住的当天晚上房间的空调太冷了,怎么调都调不了。打电话到客房中心,那时已经是晚上10点了,一下子就让两个专业维修人员过来修。他们修好已经是差不多晚上10点半了。真是谢谢这么好的服务,要不然一家人要冷一个晚上了。

Not worthy the money, poor service
The hardware of hotel is OK,, but the service level is extremly poor. Especially the staff, femal staff at the check in desk need some basic manors training.
