"Upon arrival at the reception, Kim, gave us a pleasant surprise by upgrading our stay to a premium lake side view room!! The view from the room was breath taking to say the least. Thoroughly enjoyed a one night stay with my family at the Hotel and would love to recommend this Hotel to all the fellow travelers without a doubt!"

"We appreciated the quick grab breakfast options (hot breakfast options available for those with later flights) before hitting the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and takes less than five minutes door-to-door. We were leaving our car and appreciated the gates well lit parking lot."

"This property is a converted motel and former Sonder. The rooms are newly renovated , very clean and the staff is very kind. This is a family run business. Security gates are code controlled and the staff is available 24/7. Free parking. If you are looking for great value and a great location in north Oakland near piedmont Ave , this is the place."

"The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!"

"There is a pretty view of the marina with a walkway alongside of it. The staff were very courteous. There was plenty of parking and it was free. My spouse liked the bed but I thought it was too hard. The sheets were clean and the pillows were comfortable. I appreciated that there was a blanket on the bed. There were enough towels but only one roll of toilet paper. I am sure you can ask for another roll as needed. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is no mini refrigerator. There is...

"I was thirty one evening and found out that the property has no sofa machine and I was also surprised to find out it had no ice machine which is standard in any hotel of this quality. The rug the had cleaned in the lobby was still dirty."

"Breakfast is very simple Parking is expensive, they've charged me for parking then i realized that i can park for free outside the hotel but they refused to refund my payment for parking fees although it was after 10 minutes from my check in!!!"
