"I mistakenly left money and a book in my room on departure. Despite numerous calls and emails, this hotel have not responded. This is very poor for a company that prides itself on customer service. So if you have any problems, forget about this hotel resolving it."

"The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful on check in and check out. The standard room was not what I expected from this hotel. The bathroom is part of the room and not separated. Needs more privacy than the room provides. Won't stay here again."
