"Loved the amenities and the ambiance of the hotel."

"We arrived at 11pm on 7/14. The desk staff that didn’t greet us when we walked up ask for our name. We gave him our last name and said our daughter had already checked in for us. He acted like that meant he didn’t need to hall us in any way. He never looked up at us or said anything useful to be helpful. We knew our daughter and child were already in bed. I asked if we could have keys. He asked for my id which I showed him and he gave one. He only spoke as little as possible and acted like we...

"Hilton properties are not what they used to be. This hotel and the staff are a good example of that. Very unfortunate."

"It was really a great stay. You could feel the history. We'll definitely be back. Food was great. Staff was pleasant and helpful."

"The concept is good, but the property is not well maintained. The room was very damp and musty. Feet were black from walking on floor. Pool did not work the entire stay. Small, flimsy curtain did not keep out light at night. Bed was comfortable and it is about 15 minutes walk (up hill) to town."

"I didn’t like the mildew smell that had taken over the room. It smelled as though there was a flood recently. I had to visit Walmart and get Lysol and other odor removing spray to get rid of the smell as well as moisturizer remover packs to prevent the moisturizer that lingered causing a sore throat. Plus the property’s exits were not secured. The only plus was the cable and the new furniture."

"Breakfast was decent, staff was good, room good have been a little better, A/C needs updating, it was having a hard time keeping the room cool with the heat outside, the walkway, stairways and outside areas need a daily cleaning."

"Pool was closed? But a staff member was in there with I'm guessing his family. When asked the 1st night was the chemicals where off the 2nd time was the manager who oversees the pool was leaving....and the last I heard they did this so that we(the customers) would have to use the Park next to the expo center.( we were there for a basketball tournament at expo) I already had to pay extra for my daughter to play in this expo tournament to than be gipped by the hotel. "They recently had a Fire and Water leak. We were not notified that there wouldn’t be breakfast due to the damage. We chose this hotel for that reason. Notifications should have been sent to us so we could chose to change our reservation."
