Staff was very friendly! Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, activities and 15 mins away from the airport. Basic room that was a little dirty and the chair had a stain and needs an update but the beds were spotless! Hotel looks like it needs a refresh. I would stay here again even with the little issues!

Plenty of open parking, decent breakfast though honestly I didn’t eat because I left early but it seemed like a good offering. The room was fine, plenty of space with a small bathroom, carpets could have been vacuumed but it was fine. The worst part of my stay was the bed. The bed looked so clean and fresh I was excited to sleep, but it had the worst mattress ever, hard as a rock and you could feel the worm out springs. The pillows were also 2x2 and you needed 48 just to prop your head up.

We stayed on a Monday night. The parking was excellent. It was very quiet. Hot water came out of the faucet fast. We would stay there again. Convenient to stores and restaurants.

Had a hot breakfast. Parking was safe and convenient. They need to put accessible ramp at the side doors. They were remodeling at the time of our stay so things were a little uncomfortable. A little pricey for the condition of the property.

I travel for work a decent amount. I’ve had some unpleasant stays at a hotel but none that have motivated me enough to actually write a review. Best Western’s aren’t great; but I wasn’t expecting great. They’re kind of like the iHop’s of the hotel world. But I only needed a close hotel to my work related travel for two days, so who am I to be picky? I arrived to a lobby that was under renovation. An older man was painting a new Kentucky themed mural and the front desk was a folding table operated by older woman who couldn’t bother to put her dentures in while on the clock. There was no heads up before this about any renovations/construction, or apology for the mess. She told me the usual information and pointed where breakfast would be. I knew I would have no appetite within a hundred yards of this building. While walking to my room I pass under a hole in the ceiling. Just gross exposed wood and wiring exposed. My room is outdated. The dresser looks like it has some sort of rot or termite damage. Thankfully no bed bugs but we found a small dead bug in the bed. The tv remote works about every tenth click. No rhyme or reason why. Our relaxing during the day was interrupted by construction which seemed to be in the nearby rooms as it was shaking the walls. When we left to go somewhere else to relax because of that, we spotted an exterminator truck in the parking lot which did not inspire confidence about the bug situation. Awful hotel

Room was clean and the lobby was clean. Breakfast was good and the lobby area was very clean given that they are currently renovating. Only issue we had was that our keycards had issues opening the door. Luckily someone was always in the room to open it for us.

For the price we had a good stay. Not a super fancy breakfast but still enjoyable. The pet room had zero pet odor which iwas nice. Our major complaint is a one off. Since they had such a snowy winter storm there was a lot snow and ice at most of the hotel entrances. We about killed ourselves trying to get in the hotel at the entrance by our room. Ended up having to enter from a clear entrance located far from our room. Informed staff that it was a huge safety concern but no one made any attempts to clear it off during the entire week that we were there.
