"My room was very dusty. The hotel was fine for a one night stay while we visited Hampton University."

"The room was clean. The gentleman at the front was very friendly. Only downside was literally waiting 30 minutes to take a shower because that’s how long it took for the hot water. "

"Very disappointed that there was not free coffee in lobby.They had a Starbucks machine which was amazing, but at some point they ran out of milk. I stayed for 7 nights. I had multiple issues with my stay mostly with housekeeping not cleaning my room on my first and second nights. My room was also very dark. Several lamps did not work or did not light sufficiently. There were ants and hair in my shower when I checked in where it remained for 3 days before I finally removed it. I was compensated...

"There were items left in room and when I reported it the first time I was asked to remove them myself and set them outside the door. The second time I reported( next morning) it I was told housekeeper would be right up. The third time I reported (that afternoon after being out all day) the items were finally removed."

"Unfortunately, we were there during refurbishing the main building, but our room was very clean, and updated. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The morning breakfast was more elaborate than expected and the staff that prepared the food was wonderful. Food was always stocked, warm, and tasty. The entire area was super clean. Check in was easy and smooth. We were very pleased with the area, many food restaurants choices for every palate within walking...

"Parking was good, AC and room over all was good but there was a lot of noise outside with loud music and people walking by talking loud during the night. Obvious illegal happening in few of rooms ."

"Great location great staff the and properties a little rundown my wife was sneezing all morning because of the carpet in the room to think about either taking that carpet out replacing it with hard floors, just really gets into the sinuses, especially in the Virginia with all the allergies. The outlets didn’t work for my adapter in the room. The shower was super noisy and created a puddle all taking a shower approximately 4 to 6 inches. The beds were comfortable."
