"Stay away if u have a choice or if your ok with thuggin it out"

"We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

"This room exceeded our expectations. We travel often and this room was definitely better than some hotels we have stayed in the owners were very friendly and made sure we were okay, wish was a huge plus. We will be staying here again"

"The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods. The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk ."

"Breakfast menu was very limited"

"The whole experience was great"

"I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet."

"The front desk staff was very nice. The hotel looks decent enough inside. First room had a strong overpowering mildew smell. We were moved to another room, had a mild smell. Found a small amount of hair in tub. Breakfast was decent enough, waffle maker , eggs , sausage gravy assorted pastries"

"I highly recommend this hotel! I was initially skeptical as I had not heard of this hotel chain before. I stopped by in advance of my stay and the manager, Shauna, gave me a tour and put my mind at ease. Our stay was fantastic! Shauna and her team were professional, pleasant, and made us feel so welcome! They quickly responded to any questions or requests we had and checked in throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Book your stay, you will not be disappointed!"
