"This was a horrible experience. Booked a two night stay in a non-smoking double bed room because I had two children with me. Upon arrival I was told my reservation was changed to a smoking queen bedroom, I accepted due to it being late at night. The room was DISGUSTING with stained sheets and it REEKED. Went downstairs and asked for a different room, was told there wasn’t a double bed available. As I was leaving the front desk staff stopped me and said “if you have cash, I can find something.” Mind you, it was late so we accepted the room he was able to find suddenly. The next day we show up after tournaments and was told we didn’t have a room! That when we paid cash it was for one night, not the original two. So we then had to go pay for another hotel to stay at! Such a scam. Bad business. Nasty place. AVOID!!!"

"There was a pair of dirty panties left in the bathroom and hair all over the place and the chair in the room looked like it had bodily fluids all over it. This use to be the nicest hotel i dont know whats happened to it."

"Police presence throughout the night. Someone running and screaming in the hall ‘they are trying to kill me”. Called 911 x2. Front desk assistant manager Teyana (?) EXTREMELY rude hung up on me twice. Ordered staff silent as to what went on. We were up all night and because I booked through Expedia they did not offer a refund. We left as soon as the we could after the police had left the next morning. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Not safe. Not accommodating. Didn’t even offer a refund. Nothing!!! This property says Marriot but it is a managed and owned property of Image Hotels. A night of terror for us and not one offering of compensation for the nightmare stay. Stay Clear!!! "

"Breakfast was so so room was also re cleanliness"

"The breakfast was good. The rooms were dusty, and had pubic hair on the shower wall and floor. The area behind the bathroom door was truely filthy. The toilet leaked and rocked back and forth when sitting down. I was recommended this place by a waitress at Wintzels, and am sorry I stayed there. Proximity to the 65 was great, but there was no sound proofing, so every single truck that drove by, you heard."
