"I checked in and checked right back out. 3 rooms across from my room were closed off stating they were unfit for human occupancy. There was garbage on the floor throughout the room and the toilet was dirty. The only clean part was the lobby. I would sleep in my vehicle before ever walking back in there."

"We booked two nights and enjoyed the hotel so much we stayed a third night. I very seldom give a perfect score to a hotel but this was well deserved. The staff were outstanding! The hotel was immaculate plus it was a “green” property.
We highly recommend staying and enjoying the rooftop view of Lake Michigan……"

"Overall, our stay was good for the price. The staff was so sweet! The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent. The ONLY complaint we have is that in the 5 nights we stayed, our room never got serviced even though we put the please service sign on the door. We had to take our dirty towels down every day and exchange for fresh. We also had to place the trash outside the door in order for it to get emptied. I feel this is due to under staffing. "This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️"
