"super motel sur Los Angeles . Vijay vous accueil avec le sourire dans son motel . Chambre hyper propre . Literie confortable. Un peu de bruit tout de même . Le motel est tout neuf et c’est très agréable . Vijay vous envoie un petit sms quand le café est prêt c’est adorable . Le parking est très pratique . Merci"

"No refrigerator in the room, or coffee machine. Otherwise very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hit and miss. We had to ask for more eggs and sausage because the containers were empty. Staff should be on top of that. It was an hour before close of breakfast."

"liked that there was onsite parking and security doors all around"

"If you're looking for a unique stay in the Castro, the Hotel Castro is perfect! The rooms are cozy but very charming and perfect for 1-2 travelers. There's a grocery store right across the street, and excellent coffee shops and dining options within walking distance. If you're into nightlife, there are bars and clubs just around the corner."

"Safe and budget friendly place near the Castro. The walls are thin, can hear the other guests. The shower and bathroom are shared and not well maintained."

"An amazing boutique hotel right on Market Street and 15 minute walk to The Castro. Very highly recommended 2 star accommodation so keep in mind there is no air conditioning or fridge in the room. Still, very good value for money and l would stay there again."

"Great location!"

"The doors were way too loud to be able to sleep. The doors slam and my room was right in front of multiple bathrooms. So I had to here the door slam all night. Was able to hear and feel it through earplugs."

They denied it. I could see it. My cc confirmed. They refused to provide any kind of acknowledgement. The assistant manager (there is not manager) was extremely rude. I looked at other hotels same night and the cost had 10x so I was stuck there. I had to again pay the $506.65 in...

"Excellent experience!"

"Good property"

"It was nice but I am a IHG member and have been for YEARS. I was never told"

"We were pleasantly surprised by how well organized and clean our room was. Refrigerator, microwave, good king bed, free parking(!) and of course daily maid service. One short block away a great coffee shop. About 1/2 mile away Fort Mason situated on bluffs above the ocean. There was just one nearby restaurant which we did not go to, but looked decent."

"Hotel is beautiful inside. The problem was parking. It took me about an hour to find anything available. Front desk employees were very nice but i wont be coming back."

"We stayed one night (on Halloween!) and had a great stay. The front desk staff were very nice and explained about the free parking available. We parked in the back which was just a short walk around the block. I felt like my vehicle would be safe, as it was an alleyway that was well-lighted and had video camera present. I appreciated the mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sun block-out curtains. Everything worked fine and the room itself was very clean. The only thing that I did notice...
