"We were met by a nice, neat, and clean property both outside and inside. The hotel staff was courteous ands friendly. The room was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice buffet with a variety of choices. We eat on the healthy side and we found good options get breakfast. The kitchen staff was very helpful and assisted my need promptly. I would return again when I’m in the area. "

"The hotel was very crowded and never let up. There is nowhere to park except for at the hotel or valet. Parking is $42/night per vehicle. We had to vehicles and I find it ridiculous when hotels want to charge you to park at the establishment you are already paying for. The TV in one of the rooms was not working. We waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for maintenance before giving up and leaving for dinner. The slide at the pool was closed all weekend and that information was not on their site. It was...

"Everything was great until 4:45am when the fire alarm went off in my room only. After a few minutes of calling the front desk and no one answered, it turned off. 10 min later it came blaring back on, called again and they sent a engineer up and he unplugged it and took it away, no replacement. I’m wide awake now. At check out they adjusted my parking for inconvenience LOL"

"We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Irvine/Orange County Airport and overall had a really good experience. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything about the stay was smooth and comfortable.
The only negative was that I actually got a small cut while using the bathtub, which was unexpected and a little concerning. It might be worth checking the tub edges or surface to make sure they’re completely smooth and safe for guests.
