Not very clean at all and like every other review the tvs in the rooms do not work at all. The room smelled bad and had stains on the sheets. That being said we stayed one night and cancelled our other two at this property and had no issues getting a refund, they were nice about it. "I was assigned a handicapped room for unknown reasons. I had initially told the hotel that I needed a ground floor room because I was bringing two dogs but my plans changed when I found birding for the dogs and I called the hotel and told them I didn't need a ground floor room after all because I won't bringing pets. The room was not well appointed, the shower drained out onto the bathroom floor because there was wheelchair access to the shower. I did not like the way the room was decorated. The...

"Overall, not bad. Location was ok, breakfast was fine. It was relatively clean. I expected better value for money though. I think that Best Western should renovate the rooms in this location. "

"I honestly never write bad reviews but this place was awful espicailly for the price. rooms were dirty had to change rooms three times before I just gave up. Bathtubs were a mess and chipped everywhere the carpet was filthy. They overcharged me on parking twice breakfast was weak. Very dirty rooms and extremly overpriced."

"First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step. Kindness is a rarity but it goes so far and speaks volumes about a person. God bless Sheena in all that she does to help strangers feel...

"This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless, and everything about the stay felt welcoming and comfortable. We booked multiple rooms, and the one-bedroom suite was especially amazing for our family of three during our week-long stay. It felt like a mini apartment and gave us plenty of space while we had family visiting for a graduation. We were often up late talking and catching up, yet we never received a single complaint...

"Clean, stylish room and a nicely updated property. We only had the chance to check out the pool house, but the space was perfect for hanging out and the staff was so friendly. The only negatives were some of the fixtures in the bathroom of our room were not fully secure to the wall and the water runs out of the shower. But, it was affordable & close to all the places we love in North Charleston so we would stay again!"

"The Dunlin was an amazing stay (3 nights was perfect). Things that stood out were 1) how friendly and helpful the staff were 2) the decor and overall feel of the place 3) the pool and amenities 4) the spa - great services at reasonable prices 5) the restaurants - food was incredible and many ingredients were from nearby farms, they were very accommodating to our 16-month old too. Overall, it was a great place to spend a few days relaxing away from our busy lives with our little family."
