"Nice, updated motel. Everything was very clean and the check in process was seamless. For the price, it is a very good option if going to Cedar Point or Sport Force Park. Only issue is there are train tracks across the street and the trains run thru the night with ones heading west blowing their horns. It is not right next to the hotel but still is pretty noisy for light sleepers"

"Everything was great (e.g. location, breakfast, room size, cleanliness, etc) except the bathroom door. It was affixed in a barn door style using a regular door, which meant you could hear and see if anyone was in the bathroom. It was like an inch or more of a gap, which is a lot when someone wants privacy to use the washroom. Other than that, it was great!"

"It is a business place with a pretty great atmosphere! I loved the hot breakfast options. The pool was heated and indoors. I think they use salt water instead of chlorine and I enjoyed that. I stayed in a king suite with my friend the night before going to Cedar Point. It's a great location for that. We were fully rested after making the trek from Illinois. My room was quiet. "We checked in at 9:00 pm and checked out at 10:00 pm. Ended up just booking another hotel in Sandusky for that night. The images and guest ratings don’t line up with the hotel. They have invested in the pool and firepit area as those looked fairly new and well kept. The hallway carpets are stained, the hallways smell musty. "Decent property. Bathrooms need a serious remodel. Musty smell in both of our rooms and everything felt damp. The bathroom exhaust fans did a terrible job. It’s super affordable and right next to the road for cedar point which is a bonus. Breakfast was below average from other similar hotel/ motels we have stayed at. "Great little motel for staying at Cedar Point. It’s obviously an older property but they have really kept it both fresh with upgrades and CLEAN. Friendly staff, nice little continental breakfast, and a pool. Can’t go wrong here!"
