"Hotel was ideally placed for access to the city centre. The room was clean and tidy. Shower is great. Sports Bar downstairs was lively, but not intrusive. Food was lovely, however, staff were a bit slow."

"The reception staff were very helpful in advising how to use the hotel avoiding the chargeable zones which are number recognition and a fine is sent. We managed to get a space a short distance away avoiding these zones. We liked our room. Really decent price for a Saturday night. Surrounded by bars and food options in ship row Staff were friendly & helpful Will stay again"

"The property was fine, a great value for the money. But it is not a good option for folks with disabilities. Many steps and no elevator. The staff was great. Would work best for backpacking or college adults. Everything was within walking distance. "

"Hotel is right across the street from the train station. Also across the sreet next to train station, there is an indoor mall with lots of restaurants & stores. The hotel itself has a good restaurant. A short walk takes you to a main street with lots of stores, pubs and restaurantsas well as easy access to bus transportation. The beds are comfortable & rooms are kept spotless. "
