Hotel dekat Jolly Roger Restaurant

"Clean room with little touches from cleaning crew like tissue bows in bathroom and pillows propped up decoratively. Front staff very courteous and friendly. Beds were very firm as were pillows."

"First, the "oceanfront" label is misleading. You cannot see the ocean from this property — and as every beach traveler knows, we pay extra for oceanfront specifically to *see the ocean*. Neither Expedia nor the property's own listings make this clear. They need to be honest about this in their advertising. Second, privacy and security are real concerns. My suite's sliding door opens essentially straight onto the beach with no barrier — I never felt safe leaving it open to hear the waves,...

"Loved that there was a continental breakfast included as well as an evening wine and snacks provided. Perfect location for beach access. Only suggestion I would have is having beach chairs and a pool shade umbrella - even for a fee. We flew in and rented a car so had to go out and purchase beach chairs"

"It is older which is great, but there are a lot of things that are not kept up to even working order. The north stairs are falling apart."

"Floors were filthy, I was afraid to go barefoot in my own room. Hotel is extremely dated. Elevators (I was on 4th floor) only worked half the time. Fire extinguisher blew up causing an evacuation (scary because we thought it was a fire until they confirmed the fire extinguisher blew up). On the positive side, great ocean view from room, staff was nice."

"Staff and owners were very welcoming. We accidentally left a few items, which they offered to mail to us. Our kids loved the koi pond."

"Clean friendly environment with beautiful view of the ocean highly recommended"

"A small but very clean and well maintained motel. Comfortable beds and quiet HVAC. Close to casual food options."

"Breakfast was very nice and so nice to have it on the property"

"Clean room"

"We really enjoyed staying at Sand Spur Cottages. The cottage was clean, spacious, and loved having a kitchen. The staff was friendly abd helpful. Liked being able to walk to the beach. Will be telling people about this jem. Can't wait to stay there again."
