"The hotel was under construction and we were not notified of this before making our reservation. The entire hotel was filthy -- our room in particular was a mess. The floors had a wet surface the entire time we were there -- it was like a "sweat" on the floors and the walls and bedding. When we attempted to wipe up the sweat off of the floors, the towels were filthy after soaking up the moisture!! "My room price doesn’t match with my confirmation price. Insect were crawling inside my room. I pay for beach view double standards room but it was very dark and tiny room and no view at all. Staffs were very rude, they don’t like kids at all."

There appeared to be makeup on the pillow cases and the towels were dingy and yellow, the TV remote had grime caked into the buttons. This was all brought up to the front desk staff. "The location was amazing and it was such a cute little building. Literally right across the street from the beach. We were able to check in early and when we had trouble getting our door code to work, they were able to help us right away when we called. The only main issue we had was that the bedding was extremely stained. We had to go to Target and get new bedding to sleep on because it was that bad. "We were really thrilled to be staying right on the beach. Their pool area was closed and there was no where to wash off all the sand from the beach. We weren't super impressed with the hotel and staff. The room was nice though!"
