"Had to wait around for check-in as the desk clerk was out and left a note. Room and beds were comfortable and clean. Bath amenities were fine. We love the location of the motel as it is a walking distance to everything in blowing rock. You are able to back your car upright to rooms door, a huge plus for unloading and loading. We have stayed here for 20 years and the motel is now in need of some TLC on the outside reference paint, rockers, window cleaning etc… I’m sure they are planning to make these improvements, and we will certainly be returning."
