"I didnt like the floating nightstand. The TV was not a smart TV. It only had basic channels. Everything else was wonderful!!! The staff was very nice and helpful."

"We love to stay here while visiting Jonesboro. The rooms are spacious, new and clean. Front desk staff were so helpful and kind! Elevator needs tile floor repaired is the only reason we didn’t give all 5 stars."

"Good hotel at a great price."

"Very clean property. Staff was excellent. Mattresses were not so good. And, $17 per person for breakfast so we did not try. The room cost was more than others in the area so our budget went to room and not breakfast. Good location."

"We had a king room with sofa. It was nice size and clean. The only issue was the bed. It wasn’t really bad but just not comfortable as our home bed. We didn’t eat at breakfast so I can’t comment on that. It was pretty easy access off of highway and felt like a safe area."

"Clean, quiet, great staff"

"Clean rooms. Knowledgeable staff. Very comfortable and safe area."

"Don’t expect for the property to be clean."

"The staff was very responsive and kind. The townhouse was as mentioned and was in a nice area. It took us about 5 minutes to get to AState. The only thing I would suggest is a thorough cleaning."

"Hotel could use updates and better attention to cleaning!"

"All the amenities were there (frig, microwave, coffeemaker, in room temperature control, TV, etc.) but the building itself is very outdated - older plumbing fixtures, light switches, etc. It’s the old-style drive up & park in front of the door to your room type place."
