"We had a motto when I was the general manager at Terminix, “never stay in a place that has a number in the name”. This place had good reviews, I don’t know how. I was put on the top floor in what was a “suite room” that had a door between me and the next-door. I’m assuming my room connected to somebody that stays there all of the time, because there were 2 roaches in the bathroom, 1 on the entryway door, 1 on the floor that I killed. Sheets that look like they need to be thrown away from overuse, as well as burn marks from cigarettes in the comforter and bed skirt. I would never stay there again, after that, the sleep night was horrible"

"Staff was great but ice machine was missing on 2 floors and broken on the 3rd floor. The machine on the 1st was the only machine working but it had no ice since it was supplying the entire hotel. I was on the 4th floor so it would have been nice to have been informed of this at checkin. As a result, I spent about 10 minutes in search of ice and never got any. Also, the juice machine was out in the breakfast area. "

"Everything was perfect! The staff was so incredibly friendly and made coffee for us early, knowing we would be up ready for a long road trip by 5 am. Very sweet and thoughtful! 10/10 recommend! "
