"Our bathroom could've been cleaner. Lot's of hair left hanging around. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. Other than that, the beds were clean and fresh, the hotel lobby was nice and clean. "

"The GM who checked me in gave us a friendly heads-up that the hotel would soon fill with youth softball and baseball teams and their parents. Also, on my last night, I had split my thumbnail and needed a nail clipper. He said (and I think he was was telling a tall tale) that he was headed to a nearby store and would see if they had any. Moments later, he showed up with a new $3 pair from that story for which I insist he accept $20."
