"We had issues with elevator one only was working when we arrived other one quit and we had a handicapped person with us, when we spoke to front desk offered no assistance and ended up other guests at the hotel helped get her down 2 flights of stairs, I contacted corporate office and they told me to contact expedia"

"The mattress was sagging giving me a backache when I woke up. The towels has streaks of black dirt looks like it has not been completely washed, no Kleenex , I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose . One tiny shampoo , 1 tiny soap for 2 people to share , so I opted not to shampoo my hair . It was disappointing!!! Will not booked ever again in Red Roof Inn. This will be my first and last . "

"This has everything you want in a hotel except a hot tub, but my room did have a soaking tub! They take cleanliness to the highest level! Bar was very inviting and served food, neither one I tried because Upland Brewery was in walking distance and their food is amazing! Front desk was friendly and efficient!"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times for baseball tournaments over the years. I always come back, as the rooms are spacious, very clean, and the breakfast is good. Kids love the pool, it's always clean."

"The staff was super friendly and accommodating they updated us to a differentroom with a much needed tub verses shower. The room was ok.. bath was great with hot tub jets, though the cauking could have been better. Breakfast was very enjoyable and the staff was on hand to keep everything full and clean."

"Overall a good property. Have stayed there twice - though I asked for room service and change of towel on day which they forgot so next day had to take towels from reception myself. Otherwise nice and safe property Pls check for few hunter flies in the otherwise clean room"

"The rooms were very nice and clean. Check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely welcoming. The bartender was awesome. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. There were no cups for coffee, no milk or juice in the containers, the bread was too big for the toaster...it was like everything we wanted was not available. Not a good experience at breakfast."
