"L7 Myeongdong Hotel by Lotte is an excellent place to stay in Seoul. The hotel is ideally located in one of the city’s most vibrant areas, surrounded by outstanding restaurants, popular attractions, and convenient transportation options, including nearby train stations as well as easy access to taxis and buses. This makes it extremely convenient for tourists. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests, going above and beyond whenever possible. Their attentiveness and professionalism made our stay especially enjoyable. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The bathroom was excellent, housekeeping standards were consistently high, and towels and amenities were always fresh. Even the elevators were smooth and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and overall quality of the hotel. We would gladly recommend L7 Myeongdong Hotel by Lotte to anyone visiting Seoul."
