"I like this hotel. It is convenient to the things I plan to do in Chicago. The parking is convenient just know you have to drive/walk a block (around the building) to get to the entrance. There is a loading zone in front of the hotel. The staff is helpful. The standard room is small but it works. They could stand to upgrade the mattress but it is ok for a night or two. The ac is not too loud and there was a ceiling fan that was nice to have. The elevator is really small but I don’t think...

"This time, I stayed in the Blue Room, which shares two bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and living space with 2 other bedrooms. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be fine. I only encountered one other guest during my overnight stay and it was very quiet (with the exception of typical urban noise outside, which doesn't bother me at all). My only complaint was the bedroom door - there's a deadbolt AND a chain lock, but there's a small gap between the door and the side jamb that...

"I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. "Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian. "
