"Wonderful hotel with crisp clean and comfortable beds! The staff were amazing with friendliness and helpful hospitality. Breakfast was delicious and tasted even better with the amazing view of the fjord ❤️ Ensure to bring your own soap and shampoos that you need. A charging station is available if needed!!! I loved how convenient the charge station was for a small price. The grounds and atmosphere is calming and beautifully groomed. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!"

"We specifically booked a room relying on Expedia pictures that the room is not to have a pitched roof, we paid more money for a non-pitched roof right on top of the bed. The accommodation hotel said he blocked Expedia from selling the room with the non-pitched roof picture. Who is lying here, we don’t know but we strongly feel we have been cheated here. The accommodation not only does not have elevator, the staircase is narrow and steep which made it difficult and kind of dangerous bringing luggage down the staircase. No desk, could not do any work. Expedia advertised breakfast “buffet”, what was available was just an extremely simple small packages in the refrigerator, another misrepresentation. We expect Expedia to provide at least a partial refund for not only misrepresentation but inconvenience caused. Not a good stay."

"Such an historic beautiful old hotel in Solvorn, Norway for our last stay before leaving the country. We just so happened to arrive the evening of the biggest storm in the last 25 years and our room was right in front of the ferry/dock to see all the action. As we arrived later in the day we were too exhausted to dine there so they brought us nice sandwiches and champagne upon arrival too."

"The views from the hotel were spectacular. Pleasant staff. Parking is limited. When we got to the hotel in the afternoon we managed to find a spot but once we got back after dinner in town we had to park on the road. There was free tea and coffee in the lounge which was a lovely touch. We stayed one night wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommended "

"Clean cabin however the WiFi did not work in the cabin. You have to purchase both the bed sheets and the towels in a bundle and cannot purchase just one. This was not clearly written in the description. Also you had to buy a token to take a 5 min shower which I was not aware of based on the description. "
