Our butler Ramson was very attentive and thoughtful. He really went the extra mile staying up and helping us with our cases at 12.30am and helping with our taxi. "if you’re in Stone Town, this is definitely a great place to stay. Beach is nearby. Manager is amazing, he provided someone with an umbrella, let me borrow a charger adapter, gave me a map of the town, helped me get to the beach, offered complimentary drink & I was able to check in early. I loved it here so much. The rooftop was amazing, the food was excellent & the staff was friends. I felt safe here & very welcomed. Thank you for hosting me!"
