When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. "Our stay at Goldwynn Resort & Residences in Nassau had some genuinely nice aspects, but there were also several issues that are worth mentioning honestly.

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."
