"Lugar con jardines hermosos. Las habitaciones ya estan un poco viejas y recomendaria una remodelacion. Alimentos buenos en el restaurante pero poco caros. Staff muy amable y atento. Recomendaria algunas actividades para la noche, ya que no hay nada que hacer una vez que oscurece. "

"This was our second stay at Casa Palopo. Although the rooms are wonderful and the property is gorgeous, it is a little tough to get around with so many stairs and no railings in sight. We like to hike, and unfortunately, this property is not conducive to that; the road is too busy to take your life in your hands, and the property itself has nothing. No one showed us the pools or gave us an orientation; we had stayed before, but things have been added such as the restaurant at the lake. We could see paddleboards at the pier, but had no idea if guests could use them or any other lake goodies. No tours are offered, and the "birding" there consists of offering you a pair of binoculars. The food was great and the people who work there all wonderful."

"Beautiful oasis just steps from the lively downtown Panajchel. The thermal pool is very relaxing and the waterfall was fun to walk through to cool off. Our room was very large and comfortable with a nice sitting area outside the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire property is very clean and we felt extremely safe."
