I had a problem with my credit card (someone hacked it in Turkey and made an illegal charge) so I had my bank send me a new one to Dubai. It arrived before we came and for some reason there was a duty on it. Was emailing with Samuel since I couldn't pay the duty online and he handled everything perfectly. THANK YOU SAMUEL...
