"A unique property, not all rooms have air-conditioning and they do not all have a Fridge or a mini bar. But you can ask for cold water at Reception and there is a water dispenser and cups also at Reception staff are very helpful and pleasant. Beautiful grounds they are refurbishing and I think when they finish it will be an amazing Hotel."

"Stayed in the lovely en-suite room, which was nice, large and clean! Bed was quite comfortable. Bath was very modern. Only things to be informed about is no A/C (typical in non-corporate hotels!), may have missed the little tidbit of info on their webpage, but room had fan, which we put in window and had cool nights eventually. Shower is modern, but VERY small. Ultimately, I recommend the Nap Inn as a unique European stay!"

Despite many many attempts and the 10 months notice the hotel would not let me cancel or get a refund of any kind. Eventually blocking my phone number and not responding to any email. Do not take this review as gospel for the hotel itself, just the rude and dismissive staff I had the pleasure of dealing with"

"This hotel just scraped into 'Okay'. Modern enough property but running on minimum staff. Sometimes Reception unattended ('due to fire walk'). We discovered as we were leaving for an engagement that in fact our hotel door did not lock. (Going in we used the key and it opened but in fact it was open anyway.
