I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

They have a beautiful patio that you can go outside and sit or barbecue. Definitely coming to stay again next time I visit the caves. Also, very conveniently located by the Logan Beach."

"The hotel was in a great location downtown. Walking distance from tons of restaurants. They had a supply closet with items like toothpaste, tissues, razors etc for free which came in handy. They provided us a code to enter the building and a code for our room so there was no in person check in process which was nice. They were extremely helpful and responsive over text. I would definitely stay here again!"
