"DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS LISTED! The room looked absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. It was atrocious, completely misrepresented, and honestly offensive for the price we paid. What was advertised and what we got were two entirely different places. I would never stay here again."

"Great property and staff is very communicative! Easy to check-in/check-out. We were late to check in and had an issue with the lock accessing our keys. We could reach out to them easily, and staff was there to help in 5-7mins. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a group stay. "

"This is the 2nd year in a row that we stay here and let me tell you, we’ll be back next year and the year after that and every year then on. Not only is this hotel conveniently located close to all the fun, it also has the best staff. Shout out to all the valet guys for being so quick EVERY-TIME & for the reception desk who were super helpful and never pushy. Also shout out to the barista, those cinnabun coffees hit every time too! See you next year!"

"The property is in the middle of nowhere which is nice. The WiFi is terrible. Couldn’t even watch a 2 hour movie without it cutting out multiple times. I had a dog with me, it was $40 charge per night which I knew. However the old man at the front desk said I had to have cash, which I did not. I went to Markleeville with hopes of finding an ATM. There wasn’t one (Friday at 7:30PM) went back and he asked me to stay until 9 am the next day when the nearby deli opens. He finally figured out how to...

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei! Doppelbetten gebucht und Küche, bekommen haben wir ein Doppelbett und ein furchtbares Klappbett, welches dann für einen völlig überfüllten Raum gesorgt hat. Die Küche bestand aus einer mobilen Herdplatte, die nur halbwegs funktioniert hat. In der Lobby war gegen 19:45 keiner mehr, alles wurde über eine Ringkamera geklärt. Auf unsere Nachfrage bzg eines Zimmerwechsels wurde seitens der Unterkunft nicht reagiert. Sehr schade und für das Gebotene völlig überteuert."

"Pros: Location was great, the lake was across the street! You are right in the middle of everything, next door to CVS, and Heidi’s breakfast spot. Comfortable beds, safe location. Cons: The room is old and is in serious need of an update. The sheets on one of the beds had stains, THEY WERE CLEAN, but it would be better to just get rid of stained sheets.
