"We were disappointed when we arrived to see a room that did not reflect at all what is shown on the site. Towels were dingy, floor was dirty, the carpet runner in front of the bath room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The few dingy utensils there were we did not touch. We are experienced travelers and this felt like a thrird-world experience. "Wasn’t our first visit, won’t be our last! We love this resort. Perfect for couples and families. Has never been overcrowded or difficult to enjoy the property and amenities. Restaurants are solid. Coffee shop and market are amazing and super convenient. Rooms are great (both the bungalows and riserva). Love that the main pool is 24 hours. Beach access is easy and comfortable. If you book through Expedia, you’ll be charged an OTA fee. Ours was $117/day."
