"The room here served it's purpose, a place to sleep before a early morning flight out after returning from a cruise that sailed out of Putero Rico. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English. Ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel, it was amazingly good, but a bit pricey for what it is. The best thing about this hotel is you literally roll out of bed and roll right into the airport terminal. Would stay...

"Hotel can be remodeled a little."

"Flight was changed/needed a last minute place to stay and needed to check in after 2am. At first the staff was resistant stating “check-in isn’t until 3pm” well that wasn’t going to work. After explaining the situation and apparently them needing an approval, the front desk was able to accommodate checking in at that moment. They also made it easy to hold the luggage until the flight, the following day."

"Poor service all around on top of that they try to scam your bank card when you leave the country. Staff is rude and scammers."

"We had never Glamped before, but glad we did. The tent by the river was just like all the other reviews mentioned. It was nice, clean, peaceful, and private. It was a little warm at night but with the fan blowing on you it was bareable. During the day the river is nice and cool, and we loved showering outdoors in nature, which the one by the room was cool water and the one along the walkway had hot water. The shared outdoor area was really nice and made coffee that was provided every morning...
